Conditions of Application

We invite you to submit the accompanying application to be part of the Earthdance Festival held at Fairbridge Village September 14th-16th 2007.

In keeping with the spirit of the festival the market will focus on Environmental products, locally made products and healing arts with some exceptions made to products deemed unique and interesting that support the ethos of Earthdance.

Site

1. All successful art/craft applicants will be allocated a site no/location
2. Stall holders may not change location without permission of the Craft Stalls Manager.
3. All art/craft stalls will be outdoors so bring your own tables, chairs, marquee or shade.
4. Each site is approximately 3mx3m in size
5. Quality and presentation (including site decoration) will be considered when determining successful applicants.
6. Stall holders are expected to assist in maintaining cleanliness in close proximity to their own site.
7. It is the responsibility of the stall holders to ensure security of their stall, equipment and crafts.
8. Please put every item you wish to sell on the Application Form. We do not wish to offend you by asking you to remove unlisted items.
9. Please tell the Market co-ordinator if you wish to trade later than 8pm as there will be a designated area for the night market stalls.
10. Electricity will be available, stall holders must supply their own extension leads and stall lighting for night time trading.

Hours

1. Stall holders may gain entry to the site on Friday until mid-night, Saturday from 8am.
2. All stalls must be ready to trade by 10am.
3. The market traders must trade until 8pm Saturday, 4pm Sunday (later if pre arranged with market co-ordinator.)

Other Details

1. Fees are $110 (includes GST) per stall, please do not send payment with your application. Payment can be made after your application has been approved.
2. Your stall will be secured once fees are paid in full. You will receive 2 complementary festival tickets.
3. All applicants will be notified as soon as possible.
4. There is a limit of 60 stalls.
5. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage or cancellation of the event.
6. Earthdance Western Australia reserves the right to decline any application.
