Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September are your opportunity to be part of two infamous days where we create a Green Futures reality

Earthdance attracts a large volume of people who are eager to engage in a Green Future and we need organisations who can show them how.

We want to create Green Futures as a dynamic meeting space. To do this our vision encompasses not only product and information stalls but also interactive workshops, presentations and open-space-forums. We welcome you to hold one or more of these. In return we offer 2 FREE tickets for stall holders and 1 FREE ticket for anyone holding a workshop.

If you want to be a part of the world’s largest party for peace and assist us in presenting a Green Futures ideal, then we encourage you to submit the accompanying application and become part of the Green Futures area for Earthdance, held at Fairbridge Village September 14th-16th, 2007.

Conditions of Application

Stall Holders

1. All successful green futures applicants will be allocated a site no/location
2. Stall holders may not change location without permission of the Green Futures Manager, Heidy Moncur.
3. All stalls will be outdoors so bring your own tables, chairs, marquee or shade.
4. Each site is approximately 3mx3m in size
5. Stall holders are expected to assist in maintaining cleanliness in close proximity to their own site.
6. It is the responsibility of the stall holders to ensure security of their stall, equipment and crafts.

Hours

1. Stall holders may gain entry to the site on Friday until mid-night, Saturday from 8am.
2. All stalls must be ready to trade by 10am Saturday morning
3. The market traders must trade until 8pm Saturday, 4pm Sunday (later if pre arranged with market co-ordinator.)
